Uat Tester/ Team Lead

Overview**Job Role- UAT Tester/ Team Lead****Job Location - Guadalajara, Mexico(Remote)****Job Type- Full Time****Job Description:- **- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent- Typically 4-8 years' experience, with not less than 2-4 years of project testing lead or project experience- Experience in project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project testing results.- Ability to create and manage project test schedules and resource allocation plans- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills, mastery in English and local language.- Strong Change Management and Negotiation skill with ability to manage and deal with conflict situations and changing environment- Ability to effectively communicate project test plans, proposals, and results, and propose options- Experience in coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources in testing.
