.You will be designing digital experiences that help our direct customers get informed about our vast product portfolio.Our work as User Experience directly touches our customers, We don't just design discreet product catalogues and informational pages. We design integrated, complex systems which serves our direct customers as well as our vast array of Retail & Distribution partners.As a Senior UI designer you will help to deliver these experiences. You will work with UX designers, copywriters, experience researchers, product owners and developers to craft the shape of the experience. You will also work with proposition managers, customer experience managers, lawyers, risk and compliance folk to ensure the products meet the needs of the business.**Job Description**:You will be inspiring a team of UI designers, providing creative direction and ensuring synergy across the teams. You will be responsible for supporting the creative strategy and vision for the HP stores, managing day to day UI interface upgrades, setting guidelines for store and merchandising teams, and managing the workload of contractors. You will also drive improvements in production processes, tools development, editorial policy (as it pertains to design standards), and platform evolution. This role requires internal and external communication with key stakeholders across the Digital Direct organisation.
