El 80% de nuestros clientes forma parte del Fortune 500 y te invitamos a que te integres a nuestro equipo de trabajo.**UI/UX Design Analyst**- Escolaridad: Carrera en computación o afín- Disponibilidad: Inmediata- Idioma: Inglés Intermedio conversacional- Experiência mínima: +3 years**Ofrecemos**:- Atractivo sueldo + Prestaciones de Ley- Laborando de Lunes a Viernes- Zona de trabajo: Monterrey - Sistema híbrido.- Tiempo: determinado con posibilidad de indeterminado**Position Purpose**:The role of the UI/UX Design Analyst is to support the development of ServiceNow workflows and solutions by optimizing the experience of the personas that use them and assure an enjoyable experience.The role works as part of the Digital Platforms Team and collaborates closely with ServiceNow Developers, Scrum Master, Architect, Business Analysts and with Service and Product Owners.It is the responsibility of the UI/UX Design Analyst to maintain alignment of the digital solution the methodology for this purpose as well as compliance to corporate UI/UX guidelines.**Responsibilities**:- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, eMail notifications, dashboards, workspaces, tabs and widgets- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like- Create original graphic designs (e.G. images, sketches and tables)- Develop, support and maintain functions and experience of ServiceNow products such as the Virtual Assistant, Mobile app and Service Portal- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.G. responsiveness)- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback- Adhere to style CEMEX standards on fonts, colors and images**Qualifications**:- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, portfolio of design projects- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform as developer- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders- Good time-management skills- Professional studies in Design, Computer Science or relevant field- Strong project management skills with methodologies such as AGILE, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently- Ability to identify key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution**Salary**: Up to $40,000.00 per monthWork Location: One location
