If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.The roleSupport of weekly S&OE meeting for the assign production plants.Support in IBP process (capacity constraints, utilization, short term issues, force majeure).Coordination of material planners (BOM materials and subcontracting) and detailed schedulers for various supply scenarios execution.Production plan adjustment based on weekly review of monthly progress and order book (FC consumption) with detailed schedulers in all production facilities within territory.Support of slow mover's stock management process (obsolete, blocked stock, MTO without allocation) for assign production plants.Assure proper control of SAP master data. Maintain material process creation according MDG guidelines.Execute plans of introduction of new products and phase-out of old products to assure the optimal availability and minimum obsolescence within the assign production plants.Urgently react to changes in demand or supply to minimize obsolescence and inventory while maximizing customer service.Propose and drive improvements in raw materials & components purchase (consignments, vendor stock etc) as well as subcontracting.Continuous drive for optimising working capital, costs, and service.Address all availability issues of Finish Goods within the team.Lead and implement projects for continuous improvement of factory planning performance.Assure H&S standards adherence.Other activities assigned by the Manager.Lead and develop team to build required competencies and continuously drive operational excellence.The profileA Levels; Desirable: Degree educated in relevant business discipline (e.G. Logistics, MBA)3 years' experience in production and material planning in big scale productionGood analytical skills and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize, manage and complete projects under a deadlineTactical and Operational Planning knowledge and experienceSystems knowledge and experience of SAP R/3 (MM and PP), APO SNPKnowledge and experience of Reporting & Analytics: SAP BW / BO, MS OfficeEffective and pro-active communication to a wide audience, both 'up' and 'down'People management (small teams, project teams)
