We're united by purpose, inspired by you.About the Team:The Senior Demand Generation Manager P3 is co-responsible for the development and implementation of LATAM marketing programs for UKG.About the Role:Responsibilities:Planning:Create quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with the Head of LATAM Marketing and the local sales team.Plans should be focused on generating awareness and demand generation.Demand Generation:Develop and implement marketing campaigns for new prospects and existing customers.Work with the lead generation team to produce marketing and sales qualified leads.Develop and manage the production of collateral to increase product awareness and build company brand, including monthly customer/prospect newsletters.Manage customer and prospect databases in alignment with Marketing Operation Analysis Coordinator.Maintain and manage marketing expenses report in alignment with Head of LATAM Marketing.Manage Market Research Program.Manage and enhance Marketing LATAM Nurturing Program.Plan, implement and manage events from first idea to complete execution, and evaluation for improvement.Marketing ROI:Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend in his/her programs.Manage and produce leads and opportunity report.Work to a given budget, managing all financial aspects of his/her campaigns and events.Relationships and Communications:Develop productive relationships with revenue generating departments.Manage marketing suppliers.Develop cooperative relations with the international marketing team and the LATAM team.Help coach and develop the demand generation specialist, aligned with the Head of Marketing LATAM.About You:Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a Marketing B2B role with experience developing marketing campaigns
