Ensure all their documentation APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) / PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and review that they match as each other.- Drive Supplier Process capacity actions execution, Capacity issues resolution, capability verification & risk mitigation working Supplier leadership teams.- Drives engagement of Top Poor Performing Suppliers and Quality performance improvement.- Drives Flawless launches globally, by ensuring external suppliers are robustly prepared to support new programs through effective deployment of APQP / PPAP disciplines.- Escalates capability shortfalls and supports cross-functional mitigation activities.- Be the single point of contact for Suppliers and other Ford´s skill teams- Providing supporting to supply Chain team & Product development team ( PD)
