You start by meticulously qualifying all applicants received through Propertyware and conducting thorough background checks. Following up with applicants, you gather necessary paperwork and guide them through the approval process, sending appropriate emails along the way. Your attention to detail ensures properties remain available for approved applicants as you diligently update Propertyware with status changes.Once move-in dates are set, you coordinate with field services and leasing, sending out warm welcome letters and resident handbooks to new tenants. Beyond move-in, your responsibilities extend to managing annual renewals, maintaining a friendly rapport with owners and residents, and handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
