Overview:The **Underwriting Supervisor** is responsible for monitoring and maintaining satisfactory response times and quality on credit decisions, as well as authorizing credit analysis exceptions based on the guidelines established by GMF Mexico.As a Underwriting Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team of both Sr. & Jr. analyst's towards the achievement of their objectives and development.**Location**: Monterrey, N.L.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for supervising the performance of the underwriting team by coaching and developing their skills and objectives.- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the response time within service level agreements established (SLA's) and quality credit decisions.- Ensure the compliance of the credit policies and procedures established by GMF Mexico.- Perform credit analysis exceptions based on the guidelines established by GMF in order to make credit decisions assertively within service level agreement established.- Responsible for providing support for the progress, completion and update of Area Procedure related to Business Process Improvement (BPI), as well as assist in the deployment of the methodology.- Take responsibility for executing the area operational improvement projects.Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in Administration, Finance, Economics or similar.- Desirable: Master in Business or Finance.- Fluent in both English & Spanish.- At least +3 years of experience in credit collections, credit risk, lending services or similar; whereas such experienceit is preferred in banking or financial companies.- Preferred experience in leading and/or coaching employees.- Preferred experience in workforce management (i.E.
