Unified Communications Engineer

Job Title: UC Engineer100%Location: Pfaffikon, Switzerland (Hybrid-working)I am currently working with a leader in the alternative investment industry who are looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to join the team! They are seeking a talented individual to focus on Microsoft Teams to design, implement, and mange the organizations UC environment. You will be responsible for delivering enterprise-level solution that support the business requirements and enable teams to communicate effectively.**Responsibilities**:- Design and implement Microsoft Teams Voice and Video solutions.- Plan and conduct migrations of third-party UC solutions to the M365 platform.- Evaluate emerging Microsoft and UC technologies.- Manage day-to-day operations of the UC environment.- Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of the Microsoft Teams Voice and Video environment.**Requirements**:- Computer science degree or equivalent practical experience.- Experience with Microsoft Teams voice and video features.- Previous experience in designing, implementing, and managing unified communications solutions with a focus on Microsoft Teams.- Strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols.- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
