Great people make Schneider Electric a great company. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of a University Program Manager for our Industrial Automation division. At Schneider, we believe that accessible and sustainable energy management and automation technology can empower our world.
As a University Program Manager, your task will be to open, develop and sustain university relationships to support education programs focused on Automation and Digitalization skills. Our purpose is to become a key enabler in preparing the Next Generation of Engineers. You will develop and execute a plan to equip local university labs with our automation and digitization technology and will provide our training content to secure proper programming and training on related devices.
Key Responsibilities: Develop relationships, deploy and nurture our support strategies with main key universities across the country, with the purpose of equipping laboratories with our technology and related training content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build training content and finalize a demo catalogue to be promoted with laboratory usage. Define commercial flow and define discounts if universities require specific offers to complement their demo needs. Negotiate contracts with universities that secure the good usage of our technologies. Measure and report on the progress of the project (Coverage, demo delivered, contract signature, etc). Establish and maintain relationships with key universities and related associations to expand reach and impact. Contribute to our university campaign execution. Qualifications: We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience. This job might be for you if:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree a plus. Having led previous similar projects is a plus. Demonstrated ability to execute a project in an ordered manner. Exceptionally collaborative and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
