The Engineer will work with PLSQL/SQL, Python and Unix scripting & latest technologies Tool, mainly handling incidents using ITIL framework and developing automations in production system to reduce re-occurring problem.**What will your job look like?**Oversee and ensure the integrity of production systems on a day-to-day basis to ensure the backend services are being delivered on timeIncidents Handling using ITIL frameworkConverting Old Unix Scripts in Python module to work on multi-ThreadStrong knowledge in PLSQL/SQL to write complex queries and knowledge in query Tunning. Knowledge of DB performance analysis is plus pointWriting Unix Script with DB Connection and Remote DB connection.
