Remain discreet while you pose as a regular customer. Interacting with employees over the phone to gauge customer service.**Requirements**:1. Excellent English - both verbal and written.2. Basic knowledge about cars/ vehicles.3. Own PC or laptop with at least i5 and 8GB RAM with dual monitors..4.
