The primary task is calling previous and current customers for:- Current customers to come back for routine maintenance- Car Owners with an outstanding part recall- Follow-ups on customers that recently had their car serviced- Online inquiry regarding a vehicle on the dealership's websitePrevious experience in outbound calling or appt setting is required.
