Novartis is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as US Customer Engagement Onboarding Specialists. This role will partner closely with the US Associate Director of Onboarding to evaluate and improve the onboarding process based on feedback and performance metrics, helping to drive organizational effectiveness and employee retention.Job Description Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer onboarding requirements
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new customers
Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine customer goals and objectives
Deliver tailored onboarding sessions to customers, ensuring their understanding of our products and services
Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout the onboarding process
Actively discover ways to improve the onboarding experience and offer suggestions for enhancement.
Monitor and provide updates on important measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program.
Requirements:
At least 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare industry
Proven experience in customer onboarding or a related field
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, project management
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Flawless attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
20% travel may be required based on business needs
