Edificio Santa Fe**Education**:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Trade Compliance, Logistics or experience equivalent.**Experience**:5 to 7 years in Trade Compliance environment.**Knowledge**:English 75%**, **Im/Ex Regulatory Knowledge 19 CFR, HTS, Schedule B, strong understanding of Trade Compliance basics: valuation, HS classification, COO requirements, related party transactions, etc. PGA's (DOT/NHTSA, EPA, FDA, FCC and others) Foreign Trade Agreements. Analytical skills including advanced excel skills. Knowledge of Automotive industry a plus.**Key functions for the position**:Import / Export daily audits, US imports monthly Post Entry Reviews, MX, HN and US plants Monthly Data Integrity Revisions, US Brokers Management, HS classification - annual updates, validation / set up OGA codes / statistical annexes, Validate / Implement special provisions (9801, 9803, 9813, others), applicability of FTA's (USMCA / CAFTA / KORUS / others). Customs Brokers Quarterly Scorecards, Participate in the annual C-TPAT Trade Compliance program.LI-DNI
