The organization offers opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of a growing shared service division and reinforce processes to sustain flexibility as the business needs change. Job responsibilities are subject to change based upon alignment of processes within the organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain payroll accounting information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.Perform activities necessary to balance and reconcile GL accounts.Resolve discrepancies and inquiries.Assure compliance with US, company payroll and accounting policies.Support clients and business partners by providing accurate, relevant, and timely data.Manage, report and mistake proof escapes & turn-backs.Support regional/global initiatives; execution of process/continuous improvement.Liaison with internal/external auditors on payroll-related audits.RequirementsEducation/Certifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.In-country equivalent payroll certifications/qualifications is a plus (FPC, CPP, CPA).Experience/ Qualifications:3 years of related experience in a Payroll position within a national US organization.Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices (US GAAP).Experience with Blackline, SAP or other enterprise accounting software.Familiarity with ADP Global View or other enterprise payroll software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills.Analytical skills, experience with balancing and reconciliations.Ability to work under changing priorities and with firm deadlines.Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data.BenefitsWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.Our commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees
