.**Job Description**:- Analyze monthly volume and production schedule impact to financial results- Support monthly consolidation, annual budget & long term planning processes- Identify bottom line improvement opportunities- Complete key reports to support quarterly closes, 10K/10Q and earnings announcements- Solve problems and develop new methods of analysis to streamline decision-making- Analyze trends in forecast and variances to Prior Year/ Budget/LTP- Provides accurate, timely and reliable reporting and controls- Complete ad-hoc sensitivities as required**Additional Job Description**:This position is an integral part of the USSM (US SAles and Marketing) Incentives/Revenue consolidation process with frequent interaction with the USSM direction and executive director. Your primary responsibilities will be around developing, explaining, reviewing and improving our Gross Revenue Forecasts. In addition, you will be the point person developing the Gross Revenue and Incentives Long Term Plan (LTP) which will be reviewed with the GMNA President, CFO and Brand Vice Presidents. You will also be involved in various Adhoc Analyses.**Requirements**:- Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Degree or equivalent.- 2-3 years of experience in finance.**-Advanced English (Reports directly to US)**- Hybrid Posyion (3 days Onsite, 2 days at home)Diversity and inclusion are our strengths.
