User Acceptance Testing Supervisor

The Marketing -DT User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Associate Team Lead is responsible for Managing a group of User Acceptance Coordinators and Specialists who work on small enhancements to major systems projects and business initiatives. This role works directly with the Business Unit, IT and other departments to understand business requirements and ensure requirements are met in the implemented**Key Responsibilities**:- Manages user acceptance testing initiatives across multiple lines of business and supports training to ensure effectiveness of UAT initiatives- Facilitates UAT process by reviewing test requirements, assessing business impacts of systems development, coordinating testing teams and developing test plans and cases to ensure users conduct thorough and careful testing- Advises key stakeholders to improve user acceptance testing and assist managers in meeting business goals- Contributes to development of a framework for future testing and increases efficiency- Identifies opportunities for efficiency within the team and implements solutions- Continuously strives to improve efficiency, reduce costs and ensures enhancements and implementations are successful- Support, and facilitates training of new team members.- Develops and mentors team members by providing direction and support to ensure a cohesive and effective approach toproject deadlinesJOB REQUIREMENTS**Preferred Qualifications**:**Education and Experience**- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- 2+ years of related experience**Functional Skills**- Strong verbal and written communication skills - strong ability to think critically- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
