**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Processing of authorization requests for SAP and Active Directory based systems
- User creation in SAP and adding authorization
- Analysis and solution of problems (2nd-Level-Support)
- Documentation of the solution
- Monitoring of implemented processes

**Your Skills and Strenghts**:

- Fluent in English language (German language is a plus)
- High skills in problem analysis
- Be a team player and able to work on your own initiative
- Knowledge in SAP authorization is a plus
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Very good Time-and self-management
- Work under deadline pressure
- Good conflict solving skills
- Strong customer focus
