We work closely with Operations, Marketing, Algorithm, Data and Product teams to explore different strategies for acquisition and drive growth from swift testing and iterations.We hope you are familiar with online acquisition methodologies and practices, and more importantly, we hope you have a strong sense of ownership and can work with cross-functional teams to drive collaborative solutions.Role Responsibilities:- Responsible for user growth. Generate user growth by leveraging internal and external communication channels. Plan and execute acquisition strategy, and carry out A/B testings to explore and optimize new communication strategies. Review, report and analyze acquisition performance and optimize swiftly based on the results.- Responsible for market and user insights.
