We need strong team members who can handle multiple ongoing programs that result in great experiences for our users.PositionWe are seeking a User Experience Researcher ready to define the user experience for outstanding branded, seamless experiences that span Logistics and Distribution products (Conveyors, Sorting, Palletizers, Automation, Robotics). You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers in the earliest stages of innovation projects and customer engagements, to discover user needs, envision solution concepts, do rapid iterations, and help define a successful MVP (Minimum Viable Product).Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive research strategies to unveil user needs or solve a specific customer problem.Conduct generative research activities to collect key insights across multiple touchpoints.Influence the design of future offerings by formulating and testing hypotheses to evaluate desirability, business viability, and tech feasibility.Facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and customers.Contribute to the scoping, planning, and tracking of assigned projects.Research around interfaces for people to be productive in our logistics and distribution industry (warehouses, transportation, logistics).B2B Research.You must have:Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Psychology, or similar discipline.1+ years of industry experience in research, strategic design, or innovation consulting (portfolio must be provided).Experience in UX tools (personas, user journeys, research, flow diagrams, observational studies, remote interviews, usability testing, quantitative and qualitative research).Be a curious, flexible, highly self-motivated person, with good interpersonal skills and a can-do/positive attitude.Excellent written and oral communication skills (Spanish and English), with fluency for conducting interviews and writing research reports.Availability to travel abroad.We value:Be a resourceful person to negotiate and sort blockers.Some experience with design research, ethnography, and human-centered design.Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative/qualitative data from multiple sources in a compelling manner (e.G., using UX methods like journey mapping, experience diagramming, task analysis, workflow design, etc.).Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research techniques (e.G
