**Your mission**:
As a User Experience Specialist, you are the trusted advisor for customers. You will act as the face of the company to onboard and train new clients, review documentation, and provide technical support.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in Customer Support
- Experienced with technical support is a plus
**Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding of new clients
- Train clients to use our platform
- Solve technical issues
- Guide clients to increase engagement on the platform
- Documentation verification
