Overview:Element has an opportunity for an UT Technical Coordinator. The primary function of the Customer Support Coordinator is to maximize sales opportunities by creating a world-class first impression for customers who contact Element through the sales inquiry website forms and telephone numbers.**Responsibilities**:- Performs duties comparable to that of a Senior Technician- Ability to mentor and train NDT Trainees and technicians who have less experience through effective communication of technical data- Possesses the ability to perform complex testing. Ability to work alone the majority of the work day; only requesting assistance for clarification or confirmation of NDT Techniques, DataCards, Scan Plans or procedures- Responsibility for a significant range of resources. Demonstrated leadership of initiatives making an recognizable contribution to change and capability developmentSkills / Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Engineer's Degree or similar position in NDT-related field- 6-10 years of significant experience in NDT field through which an equivalent level of knowledge has been attained- Speaks fluent English- Must have Level 2 or Level 3 Certification on the applicable method (s) and complete level 2 training program on at least 1 additional NDT methodCompany Overview:Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
