.Job Description:Ensure cohesion between identified functional pillars and the connection to our Mars/Wrigley environment. Drives the team towards project objectives.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines would be required.Relevant 2+ year experience in closely related industry would be required.Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams.Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills.What will be your key responsibilities?Monitors planning & status from all functional pillars towards workstream objectives.Maintains helicopter perspective and monitors workstream progression.First point of contact on site - and often physically present on site & shopfloor.Owns and plans resources required for successful project progress and seamless execution. Is flexible in mobilising extra resources or re-arranging existing ones when issues are identified.Requires and obtains all relevant information about requirements for Civil and/or Utilities functionality, analyses them and coordinates with civil activities. Guarantees future building proof where retrofit for new technologies will be required.Supports right technical solutions for Civil and/or Utilities, supports development of the material flow study and operational procedures.Integrates new technical infrastructure in existing manufacturing facilities.
