**UX Content Strategist****Primary Skills**: Content Strategy, User Experience, Learning and Development**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- As a Content Strategist with a speciality in learning and development, you will help author and curate an array of content for programs that aim to help UX professionals with skill development.
Decipher complex information and communicate it clearly, concisely, and accurately.- Support content development for a Clients internal UX learning conference.- Update Clients existing "UX capabilities" career development framework.
Write and revise skill descriptions across UX job profiles.- Communicate effectively with professionals from across the company to gather insights and feedback to inform your work.- Navigate project constraints with stakeholders to ensure content is created on time and with high quality.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree in communications and at least 3 years of practical content strategy experience- Strong written and verbal skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates clear, concise, effective, and strategic communication and storytelling.- Experience with analyzing and structuring bodies of content to improve consistency and usability (such as controlled vocabularies, glossaries, hierarchies, and so on)- Experience in curriculum development (academic, corporate learning & development, etc).
Experience in coaching speakers (providing suggestions to improve clarity, storytelling, and overall effectiveness of their presentations).- Fluency with Clients Workspace tools.
Ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously and escalate risks / issues when needed.
