About the Role:User Experience (UX) Design Manager's role is to act as a guide and support agent for the Product Design & Experience (PDX) team. The UXPM is focused driving the overall team delivery of high-quality experience design assets and strategies to aid product development across the company.This role is a hands-on design role, 40% people management and 60% design delivery management. Candidates should be knowledgeable around user experience design concepts, research and validation testing techniques, agile/iterative design methodologies and equality capable with standard tools used for delivering design direction.The UX Design Manager is a member of the team who brings design story analysis, organization and collaboration skills to help the whole group succeed. This role will manage a portfolio of design projects and work closely with designers, developers and product management. The managed team is best classified as research-led design team.What You'll Do:Support team members with prioritization, communication and collaboration for design workGuide concept creation, user research, validation and feedback analysisTranslate business goals and technical requirements in design direction while balancing the objectives of all three.Execute a design approach based on what is possible, what will resonate with customers, and what will meet business objectivesPromote design culture, the Epicor Design System and advocate for highly collaborative design approach with various stakeholdersFacilitate decision making and create synergy between design, business and development teamsDesign experiences for Epicor products based on market needs, long term vision and established design system.Create user flows and prototype designs based on the target user and business function that minimize the reduce the learning curve, reduce frustration, and maximize return on investment, while increasing the accuracy, efficiency and usefulness of the final productWhat You Need to Succeed:10+ years of experienceFamiliarity with Agile UX, Kanban and writing user storiesExcellent written, verbal and diagrammatic communication skillsExperience conducting user research and translating user research into design directionsExperience working and refining enterprise design systemsAbility to develop big ideas, and execute against them in a highly collaborative environmentStrong understanding of user experience return-on-investmentWillingness to occasionally work offset hours for collaboration with a worldwide teamWillingness to travel for user research, collaboration and marketing events.Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:Optimal workshop / other resarch and validations toolsExperience with ERP big plus.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura10 años de experienciaIdiomas: InglésConocimientos: HTMLPalabras clave: diseno, lider, jefe, gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regente#J-18808-Ljbffr
