This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team of talented professionals with a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm.**This is a Part-Time, 100% remote contract role, with potential for a full-time role in the future.****Responsibilities**- Collaborate with DevOps Team to create best in the class design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience- Research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups- Create storyboards, layouts, impactful presentations, graphics, data visualizations, and other design artifacts in preparation for client meetings or product development.- Identify users' pains and needs, coordinating and participating in qualitative and quantitative investigations, analyzing information, and interpreting metrics from different data sources.- Create and maintain usability documentation- Work with developers to ensure product quality- Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals**Qualifications**- Experienced in workshop facilitation, information architecture, designing flows and screens, user testing and design optimization.- Working knowledge of UX design principles- User interface design- Graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator- Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Sketch- UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision- Experience with user testing and usability analysis- Strong problem solving and communication skills- Data-driven and capable of tracking and presenting results- Ability to work across numerous teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.- Passionate about technology and relationships**Supplementary Data**All your information will be treated with utmost confidentiality in accordance with EEO standards.**What You Can Expect from Us**You will be working in an environment that exposes you to innovative technologies and architecture.
