PA** is focused on helping to select brilliant software engineers by being the most trusted and reliable predictor of high-performance engineering skills in their recruitment process.We're also looking for someone who advocates for their users, would love to work with innovative product in the Market and propose their ideas!**You will have the opportunity to**:- Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, design and business folks to find solutions to design challenges.- Validate your UX designs with user research and user testing (wireframe and prototype)- Improve and collaborate on a Design System with Product.- Bring a user-centred design approach to contributing to the UX decision making sessions.- Conduct independent research by collecting and analysing user behaviour through interviews.- Continuously seek opportunities for learning and leveraging new technologies and best practices within the field of user experience.**Qualifications**:**What You Need to Succeed in this role**:- Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience as a UX/UI designer.- Excellent skills in design and prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, XD or similar tools.).- Ability to create detailed wireframes and design specs of user flows.- A passion for problem-solving, design and UI/UX.- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment.- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods.- ** Good to have**:- Previous experience working in In-house products.- Understanding of business KIPs.- Experience with a project/product in all phases of design.- Understanding of how design systems work and how to use them
