**UX Research Manager Primary Skills**:**Primary Skills**:- UX Research, Rapid Research (Must), Qualitative, Survey, Usability Testing- Contract Type: C2C/W2- Duration: 6+ months contract (Possible extension)- Location: Remote (East Coast)**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Partner with research leads and executes our weekly usability research program. Debrief with stakeholders.- Conduct weekly remote and/or in-person usability studies with developer users on UX flows.- Liaise with cross-functional, geographically distributed stakeholders (design, product, engineering) to plan and execute weekly rolling usability studies.- Collect and analyze findings and provide recommendations.- Coordinate with the participant recruiting team.
