We are looking for a UX Researcher who can design and develop user-centered research tools, to get a better understanding of what they might need, discover innovation opportunities, and help translate findings into a friendly product.Ux Research with special care of details, data analysis and accurate interpretation to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.**Requirements**:- 3+ years of experience in the study of user experience and user research.- Deep understanding of the financial market, technology and fintech industries is a plus.- Experience building out Research repository.- Prior experience in developing a UX research framework is a plus.- A digital portfolio that describes the research process and shows your work.- Experience building research tools: Surveys, interviews, contextual inquiry, competitive research, SWOT analysis, task analysis, Analytics, Card Sorting, Usability testing, A/B testing.- Familiar with Agile methodologies.- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research.**Responsibilities**- Conducting User Research.- Analyze and synthesize User Research findings and provide actionable insights to the product team.- Research planning.- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to understand research needs.- Build a research repository.- Design UX research tools.- Develop budgets and schedules for research projects.- Testing user interfaces in a test or dev environment.**Skills**- Be passionate about all things in user experience and other areas of design and innovation—research and showcase knowledge in the latest trends and technologies.- Have an open mindset to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.- Self-management to conduct an UX research project from beginning to end.- Ability to organize and document the work process.- Capable of analyzing and synthesizing information.- Always visualize the big picture of the product or feature.- Proactive towards innovative research and learning new things.- Empathy towards the needs of users and within the work environment.- Good spelling.
