DescriptionThe UX Researcher is a member of the UX team, responsible for three core activities:1) identifying user needs and behaviors through research (observation, interviews, surveys, analytics, user testing).2) Defining different methodologies to get deep knowledge about customer motivations, expectations, pains, and goals.3) creating and sharing a knowledge base to help the company make better customer-centric decisions.**Requirements**:Identify gaps and solutions related to user performance, pains, and expectations.Leading internal and external research teams.Run the different usability tests with real users.Conduct user research to inform, iterate, and validate the product design, utilizing methods such as field observations, interviews, contextual inquiries, surveys, remote usability testing, A/B testing, etc.Manage research tools to deliver customer insights in real-time.Lead empathy and design-thinking workshops with cross-functional teams to ensure that findings and insights are translated into actionable product goals and direction.Coach and mentor others in the product team and advocate for research as a strategic driver for our products and services across the organizationGathering data via interviews, surveys, questionnaires, card sorting, usability testing, or A/B testingCollaborate to manage research agencies and their budgetsSpecialist in techniques, methodologies, and frameworks to put the customer at the center. (e.G. design thinking, card sorting, crazy 8, usability test, assumptions mapping, customer journey mapping, personas, HWM)Expert command of industry-standard research tools (e.G. GA, Hot Jar, VWO, Maze.)Experience conducting user research and user testing.Experience with quantitative and qualitative methods.Exceptional collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business.3 years
