We aim to bring the very best of Credijusto's expertise and assets to our partners´ clients through B2B2B strategic alliances and partnerships, earning well-qualified wins to drive revenue growth while building trust and growing engagement and satisfaction among teammates, partners and clients.The Ux Researcher Jr is responsible for driving the the UI/UX team by doing a deep research efforts of the local product, to investigate the customer pain points and propose actionable solutions that can optimize user experience.**Key Responsibilities**- Drive the UI/UX research efforts of the local product team.- Periodically map out the user journey to investigate the customer pain points and propose actionable solutions that can optimize user experience.- Provide regular insights on the product updates of local market peers, synthesize findings to develop strategic insights and recommendations.- Communicate the research insights to a variety of audiences.- Support on-demand product design requirement.- Work closely with the product management team to validate features.**Required Qualifications**- Previous experience in UX research for digital based products.- Strong methodological grounding and understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, usability tests, interviews.- Basic UI design skills, familiar with figma
