**Work Experience**:- 3 years of UX Design, 2 years of UI Design**Education**:- BS IT, BFA, Digital Design Accreditation from an accredited company (or equivalent).If equivalent, please provide**Work Conditions**:- Location: Remote Work- Time: 9-6PM North American Eastern Time, M-F**Role description**:UX/UI Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.You should have experience with design software and wireframe tools, specifically Figma.**General**:- Experience in a tech, agile and/or a startup environment- Fluent in English - Level B1 Int. or higher- SaaS experience / Web App experience (we're less interested in Mobile App experience)- Experience working with a lean approach and design thinking mindset- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product manager, dev team, and corresponding departments**UX/UI**:- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets utilizing PrimeNG Figma Components- Build page navigation buttons and search fields- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like- Create original graphic designs (e.G. images, sketches and tables)- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images- Understand and share user needs, plan and run user research- Cocreate Customer journey, personas, and other ways to document and share information with the Product Manager**Nice to have but not required**:- Fluent in French- Familiar with SCRUM methodology**Our Hiring Process**:Our Hiring Process is broken down into three phases:- If you have the right qualifications, we will send you a culture fit assessment, to see if you would be a good fit for the team- If we think you'd be a good team fit, we'll provide you with a brief skill assessment, so you can record yourself showing off your skills to us- After seeing that you're a good team fit, and demonstrating your skills, we'll engage you personally with our talent and hiring managersSince we are hiring remotely, we go through this process so we can get to know more about the applicants before we interview them to ensure we're both a fit for each other.
