.Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a UI/UX designer to join our team.As our UI/UX designer, you will work closely with our marketing and development teams to improve the functional design of our website and related digital marketing channel touchpoints.We are flexible around experience level, and comfortable hiring someone with between 2 to 6 years of work experience. This role will involve everything from traditional UX/UI work, to ad design and more.- Analyze and work with data in GA3/GA4, Rockerbox, and other sources to improve our customer experience.- Conduct customer research alongside the marketing team to discover new opportunities/features our customers want.**Requirements**:- This is a hybrid role.
