**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Leadership**:Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI Designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- **Strategic Design Direction**:Define and drive the overall design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and the enhancement of the user experience.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into visually stunning and functional design solutions.
- **User-Centric Focus**:Advocate for user needs and experiences throughout the design process, ensuring our products exceed user expectations.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the highest quality standards in design deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience leading a design team with a portfolio showcasing successful e-commerce design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Ability to think strategically about design and translate high-level business goals into tangible design solutions.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to champion the user's perspective.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving design trends and technological advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
- Submit a portfolio showcasing a range of e-commerce design projects and highlighting your leadership impact.

**Salary**: $50,000 MXN gross
