This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on multiple products and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and senior designers.
As a Junior Designer, you will help create intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance the experience for users across Paystand and its subsidiaries, TeamPay and Yaydoo.In this role, you will support the design team in creating and refining user interfaces for our B2B payment solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in UI/UX design within a dynamic and fast-paced FinTech environment.Responsibilities:Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications across Paystand, TeamPay, and Yaydoo, ensuring a user-friendly, cohesive experience.Help maintain a consistent design language across the entire product suite by contributing to the design system and UI patterns.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure designs meet business requirements and technical specifications.Assist in conducting user research, such as surveys, user interviews, and usability tests, to gather insights that inform design decisions.Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to help refine and improve designs.Participate in iterative design processes, including prototyping, testing, and refining designs based on user feedback.Work within established design processes, while bringing fresh ideas and creativity to solve design challenges.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with exposure to enterprise SaaS or B2B products (internship experience will be considered)
