You will also be responsible of enabling and support collaboration tools in alignment to global teams.
As an Enterprise Agile Coach you have a "T shaped" skill, being an expert on many agile and lean practices, and surely you are a master of onefrom User Experience to DevOps culture or from Business Strategy to Processes Engineering, whatever skill you have mastered you will be driving the practice for the entire organization and contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm worldwide.
**Responsibilities**:
- Owns and support the practice mastered for Global Consumer Technology in Mexico and all the region.
- Works directly with a team of teams (we call it a League on the Citibanamex Way of Work) aligned to a Business Capability
- Is a contributor within the league to keep our customer at the most important priority and deliver value through a constant delivery of products and solutions for our users.
- Creates a culture of continuous improvement within the league.
- Helps the teams to remove barriers that slow them down to maximize delivery flow
- Continuously coaches the teams and stakeholders to realize their highest potential, not only on the way of work but on technology disciplines and practices.
- Fosters open communication and transparency through building trust within teams
- Facilitates or help other team members facilitate events
- Creates visibility to what and how the teams are doing
- Supports the Product Owner in maintaining data in the appropriate agile toolset to provide transparency to the roadmap and related priorities
- Facilitates retrospective meetings at the end of each timebox - ensure highest priority retrospective action items are added to the backlog and solve them as other product backlog items.
- Is active in our internal and external agile communities to share best practices and lessons learned.
- Manages dependencies with other leagues necessary for product release in a matrixed and distributed environment.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level employees.
Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
Persuades and influences others through comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
- Tracks business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements; identifies gaps.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of professional experience including at least (some points may overlap):
- 5 years of experience working with agile teams
- At least 2 years of experience in agile software development techniques (i.e.
Test Driven Development, eXtreme Programming, CI/CD, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience configuring, supporting and using tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams and other collaboration tools.
- At least 2 years of experience in Product (or Project) Management
- At least 4 years in Technology Delivery or similar roles
Strong understanding of Kanban and experience helping teams identifying and solving bottlenecks and reducing waste on their value stream.
