This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of these spaces, including insurance principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will bring innovative thinking and a proactive mindset to drive transformative changes within the industry.What you will doBuild and lead the team that will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Vacation Rentals insurance programs in line with organizational objectives, including creating program specification documents, filings, and policy forms.Cultivate relationships with new and existing non-insurance brands in the vacation rental space, driving Tint's customer base growth.Collaborate with insurance brokers and carriers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for insurance policies.Cultivate strong relationships with insurance carriers, maintaining regular communication and addressing areas of opportunity proactively.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing insurance operations.Oversee the administration of insurance policies, including premium payments, renewals, and claims processing.Serve as the subject matter expert in the vacation rentals space, staying abreast of industry developments and best practices.Ensure alignment across business and technical teams to deliver on business requirements.Conduct regular reviews and audits of insurance programs to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, clients, and carriers, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.Identify and attend relevant insurance industry events and program-specific gatherings.You should apply if you have...Proven experience (5+ years) in Vacation Rentals and/or Property Management industries.Understanding of insurance principles, products, and regulations that apply to the vertical
