Descripción del empleo
- Responsible for Validation plan definition in several stages of the product life time (design, production release and reliability)
- Role as mainly support for Product Component Managers about project status and solution provider for failures (if applicable).
- Internal alignment for validation capacity in local or external laboratories.
- Perform validation for new projects since the early stage using as reference international standards.
- Able to design new tools and to handle all the requisition process.
- Responsible for equipment definition and acquisition, specially for new tests.
Managing the shipment process from supplier to the site.
- Update the current equipment to the latest global requirements.
- Update documents to release the equipment in the local system, Work instructions, LOTO, maintenance plan and spare parts list.
- Training for technicians about new test methods and products.
- Global alignment for testing procedures about new platforms and variants.
- Production support for continuous improvement process and failure analysis.
- Collaboration with cross functional teams for Engineering changes request
**Requisitos**:
- Engineering degree: industrial, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or similar.
- 3 years of professional experience in project purchasing, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Engineering testing procedures, Lab environment and Customer interface.
- Understanding of quality management and experience with preventive quality processes as well as problem solving
tools (8D, 5Why, Shainin, 6Sigma, Kepner-Tregoe, etc...).
- Collaborative skills, flexibility and assertiveness.
- Willingness to work in an international team, with the ability to adapt to different project requirements, environments
and to travel within and outside home country when necessary.
- Proficient in English..
- Experience with electronic sensors and mechanical components from automotive industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Bosch CC division products "Passive Safety and Sensors" is a plus.
