Join our MAHLE team! #StrongerTogetherYour Role & Responsibilities:Prepare and conduct in-lab, proving ground, and road data acquisitions (i.E. strain, accelerations).Analyze and evaluate data from proving ground and road measurements utilizing LMS Tecware and TestLab software, and other ReM tools.Derive / verify customer test specifications applying MAHLE's ReM methodology.Generate vibration test data from proving ground measurements.Operate and conduct test equipment where needed.Support engineering teams regarding reliability management (ReM) (analysis of data, coordinating ReM activities with engineering team, participation in customer meetings).Prepare and maintain computer programs for test data reduction, plotting and tracking of tests.Test documentation, report writing and preparing comprehensive customer presentations.Design and construct test fixtures and test equipment.Introduce new concepts for test, reliability and predictive engineering.Work closely with the test group customers.Your Skills & Strengths:B.S. in Engineering (EE or ME) required.3-5 years experience in similar position.Knowledge of quantitative methods such as finite element methods and computational fluid dynamics.Basic knowledge of reliability management methodologies.Basic knowledge in Weibull statistics and Weibull based testing.Solid experience in the test and predictive engineering of engine cooling systems and components.Demonstrated systems test / reliability & laboratory experience.Experience in one of the following software/hardware systems preferred (LabView, LMS Test.Lab, LMS Tecware, IMC Cronos, LMS SCADAS).Do you have any ****** about the jobEntry level: Experienced hiresPart- / Full-time: Full TimeFunctional area: R&DDepartment: BU3 Thermal ManagementLocation: Ramos Arizpe, MXClosing date for applications:Don't waste any time, apply while the position is online.Your future at MAHLEAs a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
