Hello,Hope you are doing well.I have an urgent position as a Process Validation Engineer.Job Title: - Process Validation EngineerLocation: - Tijuana, City in Mexico (on site from day one)Duration: - long-term contractMode of Interview: - MS Teams Video InterviewsVisa: - Mexican citizenClient - L&T/ STRYKERThis is the onsite job roleActs as a resource to work groups and project teams, within the plant and outside the plant relative to quality and regulatory issues focused on injection molding- Need to have familiarity with manufacturing processes and products to evaluate the cause and effect of defects and identify trends in Plastic injection molding process and product quality- Working knowledge of Validations, IQ, OQ, PQ, SIMS and DOE's is desirable.- Should possess good knowledge in design of Plastic injection molding tools- Formulates, reviews, and implements policies and procedures relating to product quality, Process Validation and process control for Plastic parts supplied by vendor.- Support Project team in validating the tool design and assist SME in approving the design for manufacturing- Coordinates machine and process capability studies, analyses the data and submits recommendations.- Need to have strong communication skill to interact with tool manufacturing vendors and tool room- Co-ordinate with Vendor to complete the PPAP documentation- Proven track record of supporting and driving continuous improvement activities in a production environmentThank youSatish Chaturvedi**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 1 month**Salary**: $18,912.78 - $30,815.64 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 20631, Tijuana, B.C.
