Validation Engineer Sr. - Iq, Oq, Pq

BEPC has an OPEN POSITION in Cd.
Juarez, Chihuahua experience with validations protocols IQ, OQ, PQ, MPV and experience with medical devices industry.
6 months project with posibility to extension.
- Act as SME's (Subject Matter Expert) of business excellence tools such as line balancing, std work, 5s, etc.
- Analysis and investigation of line balancing, time, and motion studies, standard work, among others, to ensure that the production line is balanced and complies with the required production schedule.
- Create/Execute engineering change orders
- Write/Approve changes related to manufacturing documentation and/or systems such as manufacturing work instruction, BOM, Router.
- Create/Update Operating Standard Overview Create/Update Operating Standard Overview
- Write/Execute Process Validation Protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV) and their associated completion reports, Write/Execute Change Management/Change Control Assessments (e.g.
Validation, Process, etc.).
