Also strong interfaces with Product lines Project Managers and Project Engineering Managers.External (20%): Customer, Consortium Partners, Subcontractors, other Contractors in the Project.**Performance Measurement (Based on QCD approach)**:- Completeness of testing and validation plans- Completeness of testing and validations activities and reports- Meet contractual performances targets- Project Manager satisfaction- Workpackages QCD commitments**Responsibilities**- Lead and Coordinate all activities related to the Integration, Validation, Testing and Acceptance of all the subsystems off & on shore- Define VTA objectives and processes to all subsystems- Take decisions and arbitrations in defining the strategy for subsystems and system integration process (compatibility, interoperability, communication protocol, operational scenarios ), by optimizing test programs and by leveraging all integration test campaigns and test platforms along project execution- Pilot, in close relationship with Project Requirement Manager, the validation of contract requirements all along subsystems & system integration process, from FAT's to final acceptance tests, in order to provide all required evidences for final customer acceptance.- Pilot test campaigns on-site, both at subsystem and system level, including the provision of temporary operation processes, resources and means
