**We are searching for the best talent for VALUABLE MATERIALS STORER to be in CIUDAD JUAREZ.**
**PURPOSE**:
Responsible for managing and controlling inventories of valuable materials in the plant.**YOU WILL BE RESPOSIBLE FOR**:
Under area supervision and in accordance with federal, state and local laws/regulations and Johnson & Johnson Corporate Procedures and Guidelines, this position:
- Certification of assignment procedure by JDEdwards PLT computer
- Knowledge of use of Precision Scales of localized warehouse
- Knowledge of Cyclic Counter procedure
- Knowledge of Documents and controlled formats with their respective filling of the corresponding company.
- Electronic assignments via JDEdwards &, Collector Train
- Assignment of materials to Work Orders electronically by manual assignment (IM)
- Perform physical assortment and identify areas of use according to localized warehouse
- Performing Cyclic Counts and Variant Research
- Verification of electronic assignments in localized warehouses
- Delivery and documentation of discrepant materials to the quality department
- Make physical and electronic transfers to the areas of Shipments, Warehouse, Receipts or Cuarentena
- Assignment of engineering materials and service orders
- Knowledge of materials detected with the status of Detainee H, Quarantine Q or Rejected R
- Participation in the creation and labeling of localized warehouse containers
- Withdrawal of materials to expire (Electronic and physical) to general store per week
- Filling of documents and formats related to the localized warehouse CdM or BWI
- Able to create report of active locations of the company.
- Verification of physical conditions of materials within the localized warehouse
- Ability to interpret, track and verify discrepancies
- Able to interpret work order assignment report and make confirmations
- Pass the aptitude exam of the level being evaluated
- Is responsible for communicating business-related matters or opportunities to the next managerial level
- For those who supervise or manage personnel, they are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all of the Company's guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environment practices and that all necessary resources to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
- Is responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State and Local company regulations, policies and procedures
- Performs other assigned tasks as needed
**Qualifications**:
**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**
- Completed high school or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in the area
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS**
- Organized and attention to detail
- Handling Microsoft Office
