Job title: Value & Access ManagerJob type: Full timeThe Value & Access Manager is accountable for the planning and landing of the Value Proposal regarding the entire BU portfolio.Maximize the market access opportunity for the brands at government and private health institutions in accordance with global access plan.Main responsibilities:Create and execute comprehensive market access strategies through the integration of pricing, reimbursement, health technology assessment, evidence-based medicine review, health economic modeling activities and engagement activities.Develop a customized payer value proposition to drive reimbursement and lead engagement towards understanding the clinical and economical worth of our products.Coordinate collaboration with cross functional teams (incl. HEOR, medical, sales, marketing, trade, public affairs, etc.) to shape the environment in order to ensure access.Development and execution for an action plan for the introduction of new medicines / indications or diminish barriers / improve performance of portfolio.Adapt the global value story and the communication plan to ensure the value proposition that will be recognized among external stakeholders' community.Provide inputs into product forecasts, including strategic, operational, and financial forecasting to unleash the potential of the portfolio.Manage a network of advisors to assist in the local market access strategy ensuring that deliverables are ready in a high quality and timely manner for public and private institutions.Development and analysis of the access / pricing strategy for products in the pipeline.Implement a 360 strategy to develop stakeholder mappings to get a complete and detailed view of all stakeholders.Experience: Proven successful market access experience within the pharmaceutical industry working with healthcare stakeholders such as payers and medical organizations in a complex and dynamic environment.Soft skills: Analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to communicate assertively, influence and negotiate; stakeholder management and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Technical skills: Strong understanding of Mexico's public healthcare sector; understanding of payer environment in México such as coverage, health economics, reimbursement, pricing and contracting, value drivers, formulary management and advocacy; vaccines experience is a plus.Education: Bachelor's degree, master's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Economics, is desirable.Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.At Sanofi, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
