.**Position**:Value Add Services Operations ManagerArrow Electronics is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Mexico! This position will be part of the Value Added Services (VAS) group and provide Sales Operations functions in multiple Value Added areas.This position will be responsible for managing the handoff of orders from the broader sales team and ensuring smooth and timely transition to the manufacturing teams for execution and customer delivery.The Operations Manager will provide team direction and accountability around operational support for Arrow's manufacturing and Value Add service programs and will be instrumental in driving business strategy for VAS.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Manage sales order processing including monitoring the system to ensure accurate receipt booking of sales orders, tracking sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities and providing internal sales reports when necessary. Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Manages all facets of customer retention (CRM) including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.- Works collaboratively with other teams to drive improvements to order management, manufacturing and supply chain processes to best meet the needs of Arrow's customers- Manage and drive performance in typical Sales Operations activities such as Order Management, order maintenance, sales support concierge, material, resource and equipment constraints, Quote to Cash reporting and production scheduling.- Organizes team activities and interfaces with other teams to ensure operational services to customers and business teams meet internal & external customer service levels and operational KPIs- Implements service and team strategy plans and goals in collaboration with other teams- Drives employee engagement, training, coaching and development to achieve the goals of the business- Reviews business performance metrics, provides governance and resolution support- Implements and drives documentation and reporting of key metrics and results- Estimated team size: 20-30 FTE's.- Other duties as assigned**What We're Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience- Experience in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English- Demonstrated ability to build effective and influential relationships at all levels- Be a self-starter, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment- Proven experience leading, managing, and motivating a team- Ability to manage operational and strategic functions**What's In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job
