**Value Flow Analyst**

The Value Flow Analyst is a key role responsible for optimizing and managing the flow of value delivery within an organization. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring smooth value delivery to customers. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile and SAFe principles, Lean concepts, and value stream management practices.
**Location/Division**:Tijuana, Mexico Corporate Division
**How will you make an impact?**
- Conduct thorough analysis of the organization's value streams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve value delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the flow of value. Regularly monitor and report on metrics such as cycle time, lead time, throughput, and customer satisfaction.
- Guide teams and stakeholders in adopting and implementing Agile practices, methodologies, and frameworks. Ensure alignment with Agile principles and values throughout the value stream.
- Support Value Flow Manager by driving a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Encourage experimentation, learning, and adaptation to enhance value flow.
**How will you get here?**
**Education**
Bachelor's degree in related field a master's degree is a plus
**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Agile Program Manager, Agile Coach, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, SAFe Principles, Lean concepts, and value stream management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Experience in implementing and using Agile project management tools and software.
- Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
