Value Proposition Manager

Lead Value Proposition through the implementation of the Value Stream Methodology to enable product or line launch, new countries/territories development and Startups piloting by securing alignment with different stakeholders and the understanding of the flow of activities, materials and information to deliver better and faster customer value.
Main ResponsibilitiesManage the Value Stream Methodology that maps out a sequence of activities required to design, develop, deliver, and support a product or product line launch, new countries / territories development and Startups piloting to deliver customer valueEnable constant innovation in the portfolio with new products by managing the timely delivering from the Value StreamEnsure Value Stream execution to deliver products that meet or exceed consumer requirements and comply with the Bette Balance product guidelinesLead effective collaboration processes between PB BU and Sigma Core functional teams to have successful launch of innovation, new countries / territories development and Startups piloting to deliver customer valueEnsure the correct execution of the value stream process in all the products and handover of all stagesLead and mobilize the team to mitigate risks identified in each project and support the solution of roadblocks to achieve the established goal (short and long-term)Capture, validate and execute new ways to improve and optimize the Value StreamUnderstand the way of work in the different beach heads to integrate the peculiarities into the Value StreamProvide up-to-date visibility of the status of each product in the value stream identifying risks, resources needed and roadblocks
