**Position Summary**

Accountable to manage a Maquila Values Stream (solve material, cost, quality concerns), leading Production Supervisors, and managing production and continuous improvement metrics.

**Responsibilities**
- Participates and contributes to Parker's Objectives
- Applies continuous improvement and key lean manufacturing/production techniques to planning and production activities.
- Identifies cost reduction opportunities and automation initiatives.
- Plans monthly and/or short-term production dates and quantities to achieve production work plans.
- Assists with prioritization of work assignments based on availability of people, material, and tooling.
- Coordinates information regarding status and priorities with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory Control, Shipping/Receiving, and Contract/Program Administration.
- Maintains a high-performance team participation to achieve business goals.

**Qualifications**
- Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic engineering or similar
- Core Tools is a plus
- Advanced English
- Basic Knowledge on Lean Tools
- Communication skills
- Leadership skills
