Human by nature.**Value Stream Lead, your future Position?**Your **key responsibilities** will be:- Support the definition of the right focus areas to be improved, thus being part of the business diagnosis.- Work with business teams to drive execution of improvement activities, specifically: diagnosis, understanding value, identifying opportunities, problem solving, waste reduction (the scope of the improvement projects covers all of our business areas i.E. Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).- Ensure On Time and full execution of improvements. Provide visibility on this to the Stakeholders and teams (or equivalent) through governance and routines.- Foster the culture of Continuous Improvement within the organization supporting leaders to own and drive business transformations.The position will be based in our **Taste & Wellbeing **manufacturing site located in **Jiutepec, Cuernavaca.****You?**Are you someone who wants to shape your world? Preferably with a Master's Degree.- At least 6 years' experience in areas **of Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Process Improvement** within **manufacturing** multinational companies.
